CLI ALUMNI FLORIDA 2000 MINI REUNION

For the third year in a row, the Carson Long Alumni in the Florida area got together for a mini-reunion in Stuart, north of Palm Beach. Howie Hansen '47 organized the reunion with lots of help from his wife, Dianne, and Glenn Lockwood '70.

During the day there were two activities. Half of the group headed for the golf course. The other half took a scenic cruise on the Island Princess through the Inter-Coastal Waterway to Jupiter Island, home of the rich and famous. The evening banquet was held at Pirates Cove Resort and Marina.

The school president gave the assembled group an update on the school's activities to include a sneak preview of the school's new videotape.

Alumni who attended the mini-reunion included Rich and Carol Hansen '45, Bill and Marjorie Palmer '45, Ed and Grace Ross '46, Tom and Katherine Bell '46, Donald and Betty Edwards '46, Howie and Dianne Hansen '47, Red and Ny Rivers '47, Spike Holman '48, Pete Bixler '49, Frank and Jean McCauley '49, Ronnie Gurke '49, Dick Ramsay '51, Jay and Judi O'Brien '51, Larry and Margherita Ramsay '52, Glenn Lockwood '70, Joe and Grace Lockwood (Glenn's parents and Tom Bell's brother).
